赵鸿月，著名画家，一九四五生于北京，字子雪，号玉顶、西玥，为花鸟画大师王雪涛得意弟子之一。他擅长写意花鸟，兼攻山水、静物等。沁人心脾，豁人耳目。在题材、构图、笔墨、色彩和表现时空变化和意境上无不体现了出神入化的“大家境界”。
